1.\tMr.\n<\/p>\n
H.A. Dave learned counsel states that he no longer appears for the
\npetitioner in this matter and therefore, his name may be deleted from
\nthe appearance. In view of the above, Registry is directed to delete
\nthe name of learned counsel Mr. H.A. Dave as advocate for the
\npetitioner from the matter.\n<\/p>\n
2.\tMr.\n<\/p>\n
Shah learned counsel states that he appears on behalf of the
\npetitioner in this matter and requests to adjourn the matter.
\nHowever, no appearance has been filed by Mr. Shah so far. Therefore,
\nhis request is not accepted since he is not authorized to make such
\nrequest.\n<\/p>\n
3.\tOn
\nthe last occasion, none was present on behalf of the parties. In view
\nof the fact that no appearance has been filed on behalf of the
\npetitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in
\npursuing the matter. Hence, the petition is dismissed. Rule is
\ndischarged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.\n<\/p>\n
