Nalini Rao wasvaged about_:'55\"-.years'andmttvorking as\nFirst Grade  of Education\nand Trainirlgt   of Rs. 12,028\/-\nper i'I1OHlLl\";-.'.'H ::aAt.V.about 1.10 p.m. on a\n\npublic{:_roacl  'city, the deceased being the\n\npillion rider \"on\u00e9f  scooter bearing registration\n\n No..\u00bb\u00a7\u00a5.  was proceeding near lvianjunath\n\n ranspoi*ts\u00ab.:nea'r P.V.S. Circle. At that time the offending\n\nlaiitericlcshavkrhearing registration No. KA~i9~43ll came\n\n frorn ..h'i;t1dV4side and overtook the scooter and without.\n\nA giVii1.g any signal, all of a sudden, turned to left side in a\n\n  reckless manner, as a \ufb02it the deceased fell down and\n\n...,.-.--\u00ab\u00bb----\"-*'\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\u00b0\"'\"\"~\"\"\n\n:1\n\n\n\nsustained injuries. Immediately she was admittedto City\n\nHospital and in spite of best medical i:reatmeiit_;'~i.vshe\n\nsuceurnbed to the injuries on l6\u00ab4wO3. On \n\ndeath of Smt. Nalini Rao, t.he_.ap.pella_nt',l\"\n\npetition claiming compensation  \nthe respondents. it t it  h it\n\n4.  seniergesiltiiat, the deceased Smt. Nalini Rao was aged<\/p>\n
 about 5’6 years, working as First Grade Assistant in<\/p>\n
V”~v’_A{_)ist’rict Institute of Education and Training, Mangalore,<\/p>\n
 wgiraxvirig a salary of Rs. 12,028\/\u00ab~ as per Ex.P.8. Out of that<\/p>\n

R3100\/– is to be deducted towards professional  and<\/p>\n
net salary of the deceased would be Rs.1.1,92 of<\/p>\n
which 50% is to be deducted towards persona} deaf\u00bb<\/p>\n
the deceased. The age of the appellant df . <\/p>\n
