\ncomplaint in writing before the concerned police station alleging
\nserious offences, punishable under the IPC, same is not registered as
\nFIR and no investigation is undertaken. He submitted that document
\nhas been forged. The petitioner has also produced handwriting
\nexpert’s opinion to establish a prima facie case.\n<\/p>\n

\nand take such steps as may be found necessary in facts of the case.\n<\/p>\n
