15. The learned   would submit
\nthat claimant iis\u00e9  the disability
\nwould come’ vl’::oc:ct1pation. Therefore. the
\nTribunal’  :5′ *f1r:a.vejl.l compensation under the
\nhead loss   and loss of future earnings.<\/p>\n
From the evidence  Ramalingaiah, it is clear that<\/p>\n
 , A c1airnant_had fracture-___left humerus proximal third.<\/p>\n
  it through records, I \ufb01nd that the injuries<\/p>\n
siiffered  would not interfere with his occupation.<\/p>\n
 .  ‘ The claimant has failed to establish functional disability.<\/p>\n
