He submitted that previous bidders have not shown any<br \/>\ninterest to purchase the property at the reduced price also.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above aspects, Official Liquidator is permitted to issue fresh<br \/>\nadvertisement for sale of plant and machinery with upset price of<br \/>\nRs.7,03,000\/- through local newspapers in one English Newspaper and<br \/>\none Gujarati Newspaper having wide circulation in the region,<br \/>\nindicating the date of proposed auction before the Court on<br \/>\n18.2.2010.
