careful perusal of the materials   that

 for the appellant, the Tribunal wae in<\/p>\n
 monthly income at Rs.3,0()0\/-. The<\/p>\n

  per month. Keeping in mind the date of the<\/p>\n
   and the nature of the work the ciaunan’ t was doing<\/p>\n
 the place where he was working (Belgaum city), it is<\/p>\n
 reasonable to assess the monthly income at Rs.3,50(}\/–.<\/p>\n
