Grounds for First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n
The Appellant termed the PIO’s reply as unsatisfactory and incomplete information and
\nin addition to this he added t0w more questions related to delay in providing information
\nby the PIO after 3 and \u00bd month of the date on application was filed by him and defiance
\nof rule of RTI by PIO.\n<\/p>\n
Order of the First Appellate Authority
\nThe FAA said that some of the Appellant’s queries had been answered by the PIO and
\nsome queries had been added later in his appeal. The FAA advised the Appellant to file a
\nseparate RTI Application to get information with requisite fee and asked to visit in PIO’s
\noffice on 22.05.2009 at 4pm.\n<\/p>\n
Grounds for Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n
Unsatisfactory and incomplete reply from PIO and non-receipt of information from FAA.\n<\/p>\n

   3. Whether the selected candidates were earlier working as ad hoc \/ daily?\n<\/p>\n
   4. Minutes of the Selection Committees meetings.\n<\/p>\n
Decision:\n<\/p>\n
The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n
The PIO will give the information as described above to the Appellant before 20th July
\n2009.\n<\/p>\n
This decision is announced in open chamber.
\nNotice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
\nIf information is not provided in the time stipulated under Section 7(6) of the RTI Act, it has to be provided
