No.23158 of 2011\n                                       Chandan Pathak\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   24.10.2011            Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case initially<\/p>\n<p>                   lodged under section 379 IPC. Two days thereafter section 411<\/p>\n<p>                   was added. It appears that the stolen truck and the laden milk<\/p>\n<p>                   powder packets were found in the premise\/factory belonging to<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   aforesaid premise\/factory was handed over for its management<\/p>\n<p>                   to one Pappu Turi under agreement. The agreement appears to<\/p>\n<p>                   have been entered into between Papu Turi and petitioner along<\/p>\n<p>                   with Sunil     Kr. Singh and Ajay Kr. Singh on 27.8.2010. It<\/p>\n<p>                   appears that one of the party to the agreement is another co-<\/p>\n<p>                   accused. This Court, for grant of anticipator bail, does not feel it<\/p>\n<p>                   appropriate to rely on the said documents.<\/p>\n<p>                              The application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                If the petitioner appears and pray for bail in the court<\/p>\n<p>                   below, the same shall be considered on its own merit<\/p>\n<p>                   unprejudiced by the present order.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            ( Kishore K.
