Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :27\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.GIRI, J\n                       -------------------\n                    W.P.(C).19442\/2008\n                       --------------------\n          Dated this the 27th day of June, 2008\n\n                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Aggrieved by Ext.P1 order of assessment, petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has preferred Ext.P2 appeal before the second respondent<\/p>\n<p>and also Ext.P3 application for stay. In the meanwhile,<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 demand notice had been issued to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>under the Revenue Recovery Act, requiring him to pay an<\/p>\n<p>amount of Rs.1,01,219\/-. Hence the writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>     Orders are to be passed on the application for stay<\/p>\n<p>without further delay.
