The case has been posted to<\/p>\n<p>today for orders. Today also there is no representation for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner surrendered before the court on 7\/9\/2009 and<\/p>\n<p>therefore, this Bail Application has become infructuous.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   When a Bail Application has become infructuous, it<\/p>\n<p>is the duty of the counsel to submit before court that the Bail<\/p>\n<p>Application has become infructuous. Keeping away from court<\/p>\n<p>and causing inconvenience to the court is not a healthy trend.<\/p>\n<p>      The Bail Application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  K.T.
