The petitioner further submits that on account of<\/p>\n<p>                          threat he was earlier granted bodyguard on payment basis. Learned<\/p>\n<p>                          counsel submits that recently the same has been withdrawn. He<\/p>\n<p>                          further submits that he has also filed representation before the<\/p>\n<p>                          Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna.
