Please provide the copy of the order by     Copy attached.\n<\/p>\n<p>         which the Commissioner (CZ) gave the<br \/>\n         order to sign the MOU.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority Order:<br \/>\nNot mention.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Bhagat Singh<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. S.K.Midha DC Central, First AA representing<br \/>\n               Mr. Gyanesh Bharti, PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p> After discussions with the respondent and appellant the Commission was able to come to the<br \/>\nfollowing conclusions:\n<\/p>\n<p> Queries 1 and 2 do not seek &#8216;information&#8217; as defined under the Act.<br \/>\nOn query 3, the department will have to give a document by which it is shown that there is a<br \/>\nlegal basis for dealing with Manushi Sangathan or reply that there is no such basis.<br \/>\nOn query 4, a copy of the registration of Manushi Sangathan has been provided.
