Justice P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON\n\n Dated :22\/02\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                   P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON, J\n                  ---------------------------\n                       W.P(C) No.5598 of 2010-Y\n             Dated----------------------------2010.\n                   this the 22nd day of February,\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner would be satisfied, if the first respondent before whom<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 representation has been preferred by the petitioner, is<\/p>\n<p>directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>law.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The issue involved in the present Writ Petition is with<\/p>\n<p>regard to the satisfaction of the liability towards the Motor Vehicles<\/p>\n<p>Taxation Act. The admitted case of the petitioner is that, in respect<\/p>\n<p>of the stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-11\/G 5959, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner had dismantled the vehicle on 11.3.2008 and that the<\/p>\n<p>question however could not be intimated to the respondents on<\/p>\n<p>time.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    The learned Government Pleader submits that, in view of<\/p>\n<p>the admitted position as above, no interference is called for in the<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition. However, taking note of the grievance projected by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in ExtP3, and the limited extent of interference sought<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P(C) No.5598 of 2010-Y           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>for, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 representation, in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with law, of course after giving an opportunity of hearing to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, which shall be finalised as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p>any rate within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
