Provide me the information about the work done in the last two\n        years 2009 to 2011 regarding the following:-\n            (a) Name of the work done.\n            (b) Details of the work done.\n            (c) Amount sanctioned for the work to be done.\n            (d) Date on which the work was approved.\n            (e) Last date of completing the work and the condition of starting the work.\n            (f) Name of the concerned agency to whom the work has been given.\n            (g) Last date of completing the work.\n            (h) At what rate contract for work was made.\n            (i) How much payment has been made.\n            (j) Copy of the map for the work to be done.\n            (k) On what basis it was decided that the work will be started. Provide the copy of decision\n                for the same.\n    2) Allow me to inspect the following documents regarding the works.\n            (a) Measurement Book.\n            (b) Details of charges.\n            (c) Map.\n            (d) Others.\n            During inspection, allow me to take copies of the required documents according to the\n            laws.\n      3) Whether every citizen has right to take any sample from the govt. Department that material\nused by the department. The appellant want to take sample from the above department. The sample\nwill be collected in my presence to my choice office.
