The appellant is claiming that he was aged<\/p>\n
23 years at the time of the accident, hale anti  2′<\/p>\n

15.2.2002 appellant was pillion   in

\nthey came near Mataclahallif’ Bricks

\nthat time,   being driven
\nby its    manner came from
\nopposite”di1’ection\u00ab’.an:i against motorcycle. due<\/p>\n
to which, he fel1’rio\\>ifn’.and sustained communited<\/p>\n
 both f1*ontal bones, sinuses and both roofs of<\/p>\n
orbit, cornxnunited fracture of nasal bone, nasal septum,<\/p>\n
burst f1~ac:,aiie floor of right orbit, fracture of lateral wall<\/p>\n
._of left inaxillaiy sinus and small non haernorrhagic<\/p>\n
 cp~__c:_l3ntu;’sion of bilateral basifrontal lobes. lost his two<\/p>\n
“teeth and other injuries. for that. he has taken<\/p>\n
treatment in Manipa} hospital from 15.2.2002 to<\/p>\n
1.9.2.2002, in Abbayya Hosptial from 2022002 to<\/p>\n
24.2.2002 and then at Trinity Hospital from <\/p>\n
to 6.3.2002, under gone operation of Orif of  ”<\/p>\n
facial bones with plates and screws”a’1.d a’lsoVt1’i’idervventVi’\u00bb.,<\/p>\n
plastic surgery. In all he has tlr’eap’t1ne11t’<\/p>\n
inpatient for 17 days and\u00bb spjezlpt
\ntowards medical expe1_1.ses,.Al””‘eo\u00a7*rffeyaa1oe\ufb01A ‘and’ other

that; on account of the injuries sustained by the<\/p>\n
