Respondents.\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>9.   28\/06\/2010            Petitioners   have    filed     the   present<\/p>\n<p>                  writ application challenging the show cause<\/p>\n<p>                  notice   issued   to   them    by      the   licensing<\/p>\n<p>                  officer-cum-Divisional        Forest     Officer    to<\/p>\n<p>                  show cause as to why their saw mill may not<\/p>\n<p>                  be ordered to be closed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                  has drawn the attention of this Court to an<\/p>\n<p>                  order passed on 17.2.2010 in C.W.J.C.No.5738<\/p>\n<p>                  of 2007 in identical circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned counsel for the State also<\/p>\n<p>                  agrees that the order is in respect of a saw<\/p>\n<p>                  mill passed in identical circumstances.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                       In the circumstances, without going<\/p>\n<p>           into any further details in the case, this<\/p>\n<p>           writ   application        is   disposed        of   with     a<\/p>\n<p>           direction     to    the   respondent      to    treat      the<\/p>\n<p>           said order passed in C.W.J.C.No.5738 of 2007<\/p>\n<p>           as   have    been    passed    in   the   case      of     the<\/p>\n<p>           present petitioners also.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Pradeep\/                                  ( J.
