02     24.03.2011                    The petitioner is in custody in relation to Manpur P.S.<\/p>\n
                      Case No.34 of 2010 instituted under Section 307 and other sections of<\/p>\n
                      the Indian Penal Code read with Arms Act to which Section 302 of the<\/p>\n
                      I.P.C. was later added.\n<\/p>\n
                                     It is alleged that there was an altercation between the<\/p>\n
                      two groups of persons wherein it is alleged that petitioner gave his<\/p>\n
                      pistol to one Tunnu Yadav who fired at the deceased who has later<\/p>\n
                      succumbed to this injury.\n<\/p>\n
                                     From reading the F.I.R., it is clear that there was<\/p>\n
                      premeditation and on the spur of moment quarrel had started. It is also<\/p>\n
                      pointed out that Saryug Yadav and others have already been granted<\/p>\n
                      bail by this Court by various orders.\n<\/p>\n
                                     Be that as it may, let the petitioner above-named be<\/p>\n
                      released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<\/p>\n
                      Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
                      the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection<\/p>\n
                      with Manpur P.S. Case No.34 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
