Heard        Shri     Ajay       Mukherjee,       learned<\/p>\n<p>                       counsel     for       the   petitioner,         learned     counsel<\/p>\n<p>                       appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.2 to<\/p>\n<p>                       5\/Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University and also Shri<\/p>\n<p>                       Vikas    Kumar,       learned   A.C.       to   Advocate    General<\/p>\n<p>                       appearing on behalf of the respondent\/State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The     petitioner,        who    superannuated      with<\/p>\n<p>                       effect    from    30.6.2009         as   University       Professor<\/p>\n<p>                       from K.S.S. College, Lakhisarai, has prayed for<\/p>\n<p>                       directing       the    respondents         to   pay   benefit    of<\/p>\n<p>                       U.G.C. scale (revised scale) and further to pay<\/p>\n<p>                       (a) Arrear of Group Insurance Scheme amount, (b)<\/p>\n<p>                       Arrear    amount       of   Leave    Encashment,      (c)    Arrear<\/p>\n<p>                       amount of 50% merger of D.A. and (d) Arrear of<\/p>\n<p>                       difference amount of salary as per U.G.C. Scale<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        (revised pay scale) from July 1982 to July 2005<\/p>\n<p>        with    statutory      interest.      It    was   submitted      by<\/p>\n<p>        learned       counsel     for      the       petitioner        that<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner     has     also   filed      representation,        but<\/p>\n<p>        till date, no decision has been taken.<\/p>\n<p>                  With   the    consent     of      parties,    the    writ<\/p>\n<p>        petition is being disposed of with liberty to the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner to file a fresh representation before<\/p>\n<p>        respondent       no.2\/Vice       Chancellor,       Tilkamanjhi<\/p>\n<p>        Bhagalpur University within a period of six weeks<\/p>\n<p>        from today. If such representation is filed, the<\/p>\n<p>        respondent no.2 is required to examine the same<\/p>\n<p>        and    pass   appropriate       order      redressing    all    the<\/p>\n<p>        grievances of the petitioner within a period of<\/p>\n<p>        three months from the date of filing of such<\/p>\n<p>        representation.
