Singh, Advocate\n              for respondents.\n                    -----\n\n\nORDER:\n<\/pre>\n<p>              On 17.9.2008, following order was passed:-<\/p>\n<p>                       &#8220;Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the<br \/>\n              petitioner will be depositing the outstanding amount<br \/>\n              alongwith upto date interest before the next date,<br \/>\n              failing which, this petition will stand dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Notice of motion to respondent No.2 for<br \/>\n              3.10.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Dasti only.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       In the meanwhile, if sale has not been<br \/>\n              confirmed, the same may not be confirmed till the next<br \/>\n              date.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p> C.W.P.
