I am, at my level, attaching herewith the true photocopy of receipt of payment of gratuity<br \/>\nno.PER\/ER\/GF\/139 dated 25.1.02 for your perusal. Between the two, please inform which copy<br \/>\nof receipt having true nature of photocopy and which is typed one and also inform me from<br \/>\nwhere (office or branch) the cheuqe no.646295 dated 8.2.02 was delivered to me.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     What type of information required- To ascertain true nature of photocopy of the receipt of<br \/>\nthe payment of gratuity and which of two are correct one and also inform from where (office or<br \/>\nbranch) the cheque no.646295 dated 8.2.02 was delivered.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.       By a communication dated 31.8.2007, the CPIO informed the appellant that from the<br \/>\napplication, the nature of the information sought was not clear and as such he expressed his<br \/>\ninability to furnish the information. Hence the present complaint.<br \/>\nDECISION:\n<\/p>\n<p>4.      The CPIO is directed to give a personal hearing to the appellant to find out the exact<br \/>\nnature of information sought and furnish the same. It should be done within next three weeks by<br \/>\ngiving a notice to the complainant to be present for the hearing.
