SHEEMA ALI KHAN)<\/p>\n<p>3   24\/10\/2011              Heard Counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                  A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                  a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 384, 436, 380 and<\/p>\n<p>                  120B of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The allegations in the First Information Report<\/p>\n<p>                  are that these petitioners have set fire to a Government<\/p>\n<p>                  Liquor shop situated in village Bindahi. Sevaral witnesses<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> 2       Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29700 of 2011 (3) dt.24-10-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                               2\/2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                       in the case diary have stated that one Rajesh Gupta in a<\/p>\n<p>                       drunken state was drowned in the nearby river, which<\/p>\n<p>                       infuriated the villagers. They, therefore, set fire to the<\/p>\n<p>                       liquor shop.
