The stay is confirmed on the above condition. On filing of<br \/>\nthe affidavit by the respondent, the appellant will pay wages under<br \/>\nsection 17-B of the Act from the date of the judgment of the learned<br \/>\nSingle Judge i.e. from 3.12.2011.
