Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :14\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                W.P ( C) No. 33468 of 2007\n                      --------------------------\n             Dated this the 14th November, 2007\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioners are now       NMR operators in the     Water<\/p>\n<p>Authority. According to them, they should have been brought<\/p>\n<p>into regular establishment on completion of 5 years service in<\/p>\n<p>the NMR category. In a similar situation, this Court had directed<\/p>\n<p>the Government to take a decision as to whether such persons<\/p>\n<p>were entitled to regularisation in the NMR category on<\/p>\n<p>completion of five years of NMR service. The directions issued<\/p>\n<p>in Exhibit-P4 will be applicable to the petitioners in the present<\/p>\n<p>case also.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing<\/p>\n<p>Counsel for the Water Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>     This writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to<\/p>\n<p>approach the 1st respondent with a representation raising the<\/p>\n<p>claim as raised by them in the writ petition, within one month<\/p>\n<p>from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If such<\/p>\n<p>representation is so received, the 1st respondent shall, after<\/p>\n<p>hearing the petitioners, take a decision on the claim made by the<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No. 33468 of 2007<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioners for regularisation as NMR Operators with reference<\/p>\n<p>to the date on which they had completed five years of NMR<\/p>\n<p>service.
