Heard       learned       counsels       for   the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The     petitioner        being    the    younger<\/p>\n<p>                   brother of deceased husband of the informant<\/p>\n<p>                   is     apprehending       his     arrest      in     a    case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 376, 498(A), 323<\/p>\n<p>                   and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              The accusation is that the husband<\/p>\n<p>                   of the informant died in accident in 2006<\/p>\n<p>                   when the amount of accident claims was also<\/p>\n<p>                   taken by this petitioner. It is alleged that<\/p>\n<p>                   the     petitioner       promised        to       marry   the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant        and    on     promise       of    same    the<\/p>\n<p>                   physical relationship was established. It is<\/p>\n<p>                   also alleged that family members also made<\/p>\n<p>                   such    assurance      but     now   the     petitioner     is<\/p>\n<p>                   being married to some other place.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for the petitioner that the documents have<\/p>\n<p>                   been brought on record which suggest that<\/p>\n<p>                   all the      accident        claims were      paid to the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant and no medical document has been<\/p>\n<p>                   brought on record to suggest that accusation<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        and   considering      the     aforesaid      facts   other<\/p>\n<p>        accused        persons         have     been      granted<\/p>\n<p>        anticipatory      bail    by    this   Court    vide     Cr.<\/p>\n<p>        Misc. No. 24799 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>        the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>        bail in the event of             arrest or      surrender<\/p>\n<p>        before    the    learned       court   below    within      a<\/p>\n<p>        period    of     twelve      weeks     from     today       in<\/p>\n<p>        connection      with   Nawada     Muffasil     P.S.     Case<\/p>\n<p>        No. 54 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>        of the learned C.J.M. Nawada, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n<p>        of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>U. K.
