The<br \/>\n\tpetitioner shall submit reply within four weeks. The Deputy<br \/>\n\tCollector shall decided the matter afresh after giving opportunity<br \/>\n\tof hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tis hardly required to be clarified that when the order is quashed,<br \/>\n\tthere shall not be any recovery until afresh order is passed by the<br \/>\n\tDeputy Collector. In the event, if petitioner aggrieved by afresh<br \/>\n\torder, which may be passed by the Deputy Collector, the petitioner<br \/>\n\tmay resort to remedy as may be permissible in law.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpetition is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute<br \/>\n\taccordingly.
