NO.2074 of 2006\n                  ------------------------------\n\n              Dated this, the 2nd day of July, 2009\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Balakrishnan Nair, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     When the writ appeal was taken up for hearing, the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the appellants brought to our notice the<\/p>\n<p>averments in paragraph 10 of the counter affidavit filed by<\/p>\n<p>respondents 2 and 3 in the writ appeal. In the said paragraph,<\/p>\n<p>it is stated that appellants 1, 2 and 4 have already been<\/p>\n<p>appointed in the service of the second respondent company and<\/p>\n<p>the third appellant is included in the waiting list of candidates<\/p>\n<p>prepared for appointment. Learned counsel for the appellants<\/p>\n<p>submitted that in view of     the above development, the writ<\/p>\n<p>appeal can be disposed of.
