Singh, Adv.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             For the State : Mr. Dasarath Prasad, APP<br \/>\n                                               *****<\/p>\n<p>03\/-   23.09.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner, apprehends his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 17\/2011, G.R. No. 566\/2011<\/p>\n<p>                     for the offences under sections 406\/409\/420 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code, is one of the named accused in this case being<\/p>\n<p>                     Up-Pramukh with allegation of being instrumental in some<\/p>\n<p>                     sort   of    mismanagement      in   execution    of   Manrega<\/p>\n<p>                     programme.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission is that petitioner has no role to play<\/p>\n<p>                     nothing specific is attributed against him. Rather the case has<\/p>\n<p>                     been instituted only because earlier he has lodged some<\/p>\n<p>                     complaint against Block Development Officer relating to<\/p>\n<p>                     some tree cutting.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor who is<\/p>\n<p>                     armed with carbon copy of the case diary up to paragraph 12<br \/>\n           dated 31.03.2011, submits that the case has been instituted on<\/p>\n<p>          the basis of pre-inquiry and police investigation is at<\/p>\n<p>          admission stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>          case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of<\/p>\n<p>          four weeks, till conclusion of investigation,. Submission of<\/p>\n<p>          charge-sheet, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>          bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>          thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>          the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in<\/p>\n<p>          connection with Baikunthpur P.S.
