CJ &amp;\n                 S.S.SATHEESACHANDRAN, J.\n           -------------------------------------------\n             Writ Petition (C) No.6448 OF 2009\n            -------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 17th day of March, 2009.\n\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, Ag.CJ.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The Divisional Forest Officer and Assistant Executive<\/p>\n<p>Engineer are present.    The panchayath has filed a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Learned Government Pleader submits that the matter has to be<\/p>\n<p>considered by the High Level Committee constituted under the<\/p>\n<p>chairmanship of the Chief Secretary.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   The Assistant Executive Engineer submits that no<\/p>\n<p>construction activity has been undertaken for a length of 217<\/p>\n<p>metres though there is a proposal for construction of wall for<\/p>\n<p>another 85 metres. Since various issues are to be considered in<\/p>\n<p>the matter, we direct the Water Resources Department and the<\/p>\n<p>5th respondent not to undertake any construction activity in the<\/p>\n<p>217 metres referred to above until further orders.<\/p>\n<p>     3.
