No.293 of 2008-S\n                      - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                   Dated this the 26th day of August, 2008.\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner alleges that he was living with the daughter of the<\/p>\n<p>third respondent whom he has married                  on 19.8.2008 according to the<\/p>\n<p>customary rites. But on 20.8.2008 respondents 3 and 4 forcibly abducted<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner&#8217;s wife and she is now under illegal custody. Hence, this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Pursuant to the notice issued, the parties appeared. We interacted<\/p>\n<p>with the alleged detenu. She has stated that though she eloped with the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, later the petitioner himself took her back to her father&#8217;s residence.<\/p>\n<p>Now she is residing with her parents.               She stated that her parents had<\/p>\n<p>promised to arrange for her marriage and now she is not under the illegal<\/p>\n<p>custody of anybody. She wants to go with her parents. She being a major<\/p>\n<p>and stated that she wants to go with her parents, no further reliefs can be<\/p>\n<p>granted in this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                              ( P.R.Raman, Judge.)<\/p>\n<p>                                          (T.R.
