Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :27\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J\n\n                       -------------------------------------------\n\n                          W.P(C).No.6586 OF 2007\n\n                       -------------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 27th  day of February, 2007\n\n\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>         Heard   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner     and   learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel   for   the   Bank   elaborately   on   the   merits   of   the   case.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2   is   the   discretionary   order.     It   has   been   issued   with   due<\/p>\n<p>application   of   mind   and   having   regard   to   the   entire   facts   and<\/p>\n<p>circumstances.       I do not find any ground to interfere with the<\/p>\n<p>amount   fixed   in   Ext.P2   to   be   paid   to   sustain   the   order   of   stay<\/p>\n<p>granted thereby.
