Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :10\/11\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                             KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n\n                            ----------------------------\n\n                        W.P.(C)No.23255 OF 2003\n\n                           -----------------------------\n\n             Dated this the 10th day of November, 2006\n\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The writ petition is filed with the following prayer.<\/p>\n<p>       a)     issue   a   writ   of   mandamus   or   other   appropriate   writ,<\/p>\n<p>       direction   or   order,   compelling   the   respondents   to   immediately<\/p>\n<p>       auction off 320  pieces of Sandalwood taken from the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>       shown as 6th  item in Ext.P8 order in the next public auction and<\/p>\n<p>       to deposit the sale proceeds as fixed deposit so as to enable the<\/p>\n<p>       Judicial forum to decide on the recipient of the deposit.<\/p>\n<p>      In   view   of   the   intervening   developments,   in   case   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   has   still   any   grievance   left,   he   may   approach   the   2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent, in which case appropriate action in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>law in the matter will be taken expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                (KURIAN JOSEPH, JUDGE)<\/p>\n<p>ps<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court V.
