NO.  730 OF 2007\n\n               =================================\n\n              Dated this the 19th day of February 2007\n\n\n                                    O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   revision   petitioners   are   the   sureties   who   have   been<\/p>\n<p>imposed   with   the   penalty   of   Rs.12,000\/-   as   modified   by   the<\/p>\n<p>appellate   court.     It   is   submitted   that   the   petitioners   are   the<\/p>\n<p>parents of  the absconding accused who is  involved in an akbari<\/p>\n<p>offence.   The counsel submitted that he is working right now in<\/p>\n<p>the Middle East.  The plea is that the petitioners are too poor and<\/p>\n<p>that   they   have   no   contact   with   the   son.     I   find   that   the   above<\/p>\n<p>submission cannot be believed. All the same, considering the plea<\/p>\n<p>of   the   counsel  for   the  revision   petitioners  penalty   is   reduced  to<\/p>\n<p>Rs. 75,000\/- each.  The rest of the order is retained.<\/p>\n<p>       The Crl. R.P is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              K.R.
