presented the said cheques for collection, same came to be<\/p>\n
dishonoured and thus the complainant filed the comp1ain..t;~.._<\/p>\n
3. The accused appeared bef0re_,\u00bbthe T’;’i.a1″””\u00b0<\/p>\n
contested the case.\n<\/p>\n
4. It is the specific case the,the cheques in
\nquestion were issued at the   of sale
\nwas entered into withythe  the sale deeds
\nwere registered”  :’p1’operties in favour of
\nchildren   his after paying the entire
\nsale consideration. *  case that the cheques,
\nwhich were  in’ of the complainant, were not
\ncompiaihant saying they are in the house and<\/p>\n
they~-   later. The said cheques are misused<\/p>\n

\nand got marked Ex.Dl to D7. The Trial Court found’<\/p>\n
accused is guilty of the offence alleged.<\/p>\n
e. The accused being aggrieved, \ufb01led <\/p>\n

\nconviction. Being aggrievedlthe  in the present<\/p>\n

9. My finding on the above point is in the negative for the<\/p>\n
following reasons:\n<\/p>\n

  of sale consideration was not paid the<\/p>\n
  clornplairiant could not have agreed for registration of the sale<\/p>\n
  It is also found by the Lower Appeliate Court that<\/p>\n
