NO. 586 of 2008\n                ----------------------------------\n           Dated this the 7th    day of April , 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner is permitted to serve a copy of this Contempt<\/p>\n<p>of Court Case on Sri.Shanavas Khan, the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. Heard both sides.     Sri.Shanavas Khan submitted that<\/p>\n<p>Annexure A1 judgment does not set any time frame for<\/p>\n<p>complying with the direction therein.     That, according to the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel, can be the reason as to why the directions have<\/p>\n<p>not been complied with so far. On going through Annexure A1<\/p>\n<p>judgment,    I find    that   no time frame has been set for<\/p>\n<p>compliance of the directions under that judgment.<\/p>\n<p>     3. Sri.Roy Chacko, the learned counsel for the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>referring to the decision reported in <a href=\"\/doc\/1649427\/\">K.K.Balakrishna Pishrodi<\/p>\n<p>v. K.S.E.Board (AIR<\/a> 1988 Kerala 211), submitted that even in<\/p>\n<p>cases where this court has       not set any time frame, the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">COC No.586\/2008                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Administrative Authority to whom    the directions are issued is<\/p>\n<p>expected to comply with the directions within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n<p>Though the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>cannot be said to be without force, I am of the view that in the<\/p>\n<p>facts and circumstances which obtain in this case, it is not proper<\/p>\n<p>to initiate action against the respondent under the Contempt<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction straight away.\n<\/p>\n<p>     I dispose of this Contempt of Court Case directing the<\/p>\n<p>respondent to comply with all the directions in Annexure A1<\/p>\n<p>judgment at the earliest and at any rate within one month of<\/p>\n<p>receiving a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         PIUS C.
