TARUN MANDAL <\/a>(<a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=JAYNAGAR\">JAYNAGAR<\/a>): The Bureau of Indian Standards, Eastern Regional Office at Kolkata is not maintaining its own standard of functioning resulting in deep-rooted grievances amongst its employees and consumers at large.\u00a0 There are good number of posts lying vacant in groups C and D categories.\u00a0 The 6th CPC recommendations have not yet been implemented for the groups B, C and D employees of the region creating resentment and demoralization amongst them.\u00a0 The regional authority is avoiding bilateral talks with the Union Representatives to dispel dispute and dissent within the organization.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>I would, therefore, request the Union Minister of Agriculture, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution to look into the matter and adopt appropriate measures to streamline performance of the unit for the interest of the employees in particular and public in general.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0   <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2026(Interruptions)\n<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20DEPUTY-SPEAKER\">MR.
