The respondenhhad&#8221;l&#8217;n&#8217;otlv..I\/passed anforder on the<\/p>\n<p>application of the piainti\ufb01  aliiioltrnentl&#8221;ef;Vla__li.d. It is the case<\/p>\n<p>of the plaintiff&#8217;tvtiat_:the&#8221;o\ufb01cia\u00abisf of the respondent had made<\/p>\n<p>an oral aesiuranceilthat&#8221;:&#8221;t~h&#8221;e&#8221;&#8216;.land would be ailotted. The<\/p>\n<p>V written&#8221;steten1ent&#8221;averments of the respondent shows that<\/p>\n<p>  rnade preluiiminary inspection of the land that is<\/p>\n<p> proposed&#8217;ito:_oe&#8217;Vv&#8217;a~i&#8217;lotted to the plaintiff which was found to be<\/p>\n<p> _ 1,865 sq;  The respondent tentatively fixed the cost of<\/p>\n<p> the rate of R525 lakhs per acre. The above<\/p>\n<p> .._proposals were communicated to the plaintiff. The plaintiff<\/p>\n<p>  -reouested to reduce the cost of the land to Rs.12 lakhs per<\/p>\n<p>it &#8216;  acre. The same was rejected.
