A copy of the death certificate<br \/>\n                                               had been enclosed in support of the reply. In view of the<br \/>\n                                               reply\/ death of the Prop., challan was not required to be<br \/>\n                                               filed under the provisions of law and on the basis of<br \/>\n                                               inspection dated 10\/11\/09.\n<\/p>\n<p>l.
