\n is placed under the control and direction of Director of Primary
\nEducation, and, that therefore the District Education Officer has no
\nauthority or jurisdiction to pass such order.\n<\/p>\n

\nAssistant Government Pleader has submitted that instructions as
\nregards the said contention are required.\n<\/p>\n
