No.7898 of 2011\n                               UPENDRA SINGH, Son of Madan Singh\n                                                Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      23.03.2011             Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                     This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail in a case<\/p>\n<p>                     under Sections 419, 420, 489(b) and 489(c) of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                     Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for<\/p>\n<p>                     misuse of privilege of bail of two years, the petitioner has already<\/p>\n<p>                     remained in custody for three months. He further submits that<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner would cooperate in trial.<\/p>\n<p>                                     In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is<\/p>\n<p>                     directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                     to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court<\/p>\n<p>                     No.-V, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with S.
