RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n     ------------------------------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.28433 OF 2008 (I)\n     ------------------------------------------------------------------------\n        Dated this the 26th day of September, 2008\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The learned counsel for               respondents 1 to 3 has<\/p>\n<p>submitted that his client agrees to regularise the transaction<\/p>\n<p>provided the petitioner remits the entire accrued amounts<\/p>\n<p>including the interest and also expenditure, within a reasonable<\/p>\n<p>time, as may be advised by the third respondent Branch<\/p>\n<p>Manager. Recording this submission, which is a fair suggestion,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner cannot aspire for anything better. Accordingly, this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is ordered directing that the petitioner will appear<\/p>\n<p>before the third respondent at the earliest and have the<\/p>\n<p>transactions regularised.
