JUSTICE R.K.MERATHIA\n\n          For the Petitioner      : Mr. Ranjan Kumar Singh, Advocate\n          For the State           : JC to G.A.\n                                  -----\n\n3\/03.03.2011<\/pre>\n<p>          At the outset, counsel for the State pointed out that<br \/>\n          petitioner has not exhausted the remedy of Revision provided under<br \/>\n          clause 29 of the Bihar Trade Articles ( Licenses Unification) Order,<br \/>\n          1984.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      On this, Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner,<br \/>\n          sought permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the<br \/>\n          petitioner to file Revision but he submitted that the delay may be<br \/>\n          condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      In the circumstances, if the Revision is filed by the<br \/>\n          petitioner within two weeks from today along with a petition for<br \/>\n          condonation of delay, it is expected that the delay will be condoned<br \/>\n          keeping in view the pendency of this writ petition and the Revision<br \/>\n          will be decided on merits after giving opportunity of hearing to the<br \/>\n          parties and in accordance with law, as early as possible and<br \/>\n          preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing thereof.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      With these observations and directions, this writ petition<br \/>\n          is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                          ( R.K.
