The applicant has been arrested in connection with<br \/>\nthe offence punishable under Sections 472, 474, 476, 114 and 120(B)<br \/>\nof the Indian Penal Code. The present application appears to be<br \/>\nsuccessive bail application made by the applicant on the ground that<br \/>\nthe charge has yet not been framed and as the trial may take long<br \/>\ntime, the applicant may be released on bail. Considering the nature<br \/>\nof the offence, any ground for bail is not made out.
