No.44949 of 2010\n                MANOJ KUMAR SINHA, SON OF RAM SARAN LAL\n                                     Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   27.01.2011               Both the above stated criminal miscellaneous cases have<\/p>\n<p>                     arisen out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 189 of 2010 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                     Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both<\/p>\n<p>                     the above stated criminal miscellaneous cases are being disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>                     this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Allegedly, petitioners being Directors of one Krish<\/p>\n<p>                     Foundation, collected huge amounts from unemployed persons on<\/p>\n<p>                     pretext to provide job to them but subsequently, the aforesaid persons<\/p>\n<p>                     did not get the assured job.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel appearing in Cr. Misc. No. 44650 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2010 submits that petitioner is not Director of aforesaid Krish<\/p>\n<p>                     Foundation and, as a matter of fact, petitioner is an employee of the<\/p>\n<p>                     aforesaid Krish Foundation, which is a Society registered under Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Societies Registration Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my<\/p>\n<p>                     attention towards Annexure-2, which is memorandum of above stated<\/p>\n<p>                     Krish Foundation and in the said memorandum the name of petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     in Cr. Misc. No. 44650 of 2010 has not been mentioned in the<\/p>\n<p>                     capacity of official of the aforesaid Society.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel appearing in Cr. Misc. No. 44949 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2010 echoed the above stated submissions but he added that petitioner<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          got appointment letter in the aforesaid Krish Foundation and started<\/p>\n<p>          discharging his official duty but subsequently, he has been implicated<\/p>\n<p>          in this case. To fortify his contention, he drew my attention towards<\/p>\n<p>          Annexure-2 to Cr. Misc. No. 44949 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well<\/p>\n<p>          as submissions of the parties both the above named petitioners are<\/p>\n<p>          directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>          (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          above stated Patliputra P.S.
