Saroj Namdeo vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh on 5 July, 2010<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>05.07.2010.<\/p>\n<p>        Shri Ghanshyam Sharma for the petitioner.<br \/>\n        Petitioner is working as ANM in Primary Health Center,<br \/>\nMandla, she has been transferred to Chichgaon, in Nainpur in the<br \/>\nsame district.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Challenge to the order of transfer is mainly on the ground<br \/>\nthat petitioner is suffering from lumbar spondolysis, and the<br \/>\nailment prevents her from working in field.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The grounds raised by the petitioner are the personal<br \/>\ninconveniences of the petitioner and the same have to be<br \/>\nappreciated by the competent authority of the State Government.
