JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD<\/p>\n<p>Gopal Prasad, J.                  Heard learned counsel for the appellants and<\/p>\n<p>                        learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  2. The appellants have been convicted for<\/p>\n<p>                        offence under Sections 354 and 323 I.P.C. and sentenced<\/p>\n<p>                        to undergo rigorous imprisonment for to years and one<\/p>\n<p>                        year for offence under Section 354 and 323 I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                                  3. Learned counsel for the appellants however<\/p>\n<p>                        contends that main accused Ghuran Yadav has remained<\/p>\n<p>                        in jail for a period of one year two months and sixteen<\/p>\n<p>                        days. Other appellants have been remained in jail for<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                  two years and hence contends that appellants suffer a lot<\/p>\n<p>                  due to criminal case since 1988.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            4. Hence having regard to the facts and<\/p>\n<p>                  circumstance, end of justice shall meet by sentencing the<\/p>\n<p>                  appellants for the period already undergone.<\/p>\n<p>                            5.
