      In the matter of investigation of Crime No.220\/2006 of<\/p>\n
Koduvally Police Station the petitioner was granted liberty to file<\/p>\n
an amendment. It is seen that the amendment has not so far<\/p>\n
been received. Therefore, without prejudice to the liberty to the<\/p>\n
petitioners to file a fresh writ petition this writ petition is<\/p>\n
