THE DISTRICT PROVIDENT FUND OFFICER\n                   PATNA COLLECTRIATE, PATNA\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   26.08.2010            Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, State<\/p>\n<p>                   as also the Accountant General.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   has received his retiral dues after     superannuation      on<\/p>\n<p>                   30th of November 1998 as Veterinary Supervisor while<\/p>\n<p>                   working under the respondent no. 3. However, the entire<\/p>\n<p>                   provident fund dues has not been paid to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   since   petitioner   has   received   only   a   sum   of   Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   1,17,294\/- on account of provident fund dues.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-<\/p>\n<p>                   State submits that the averments made in the petition as<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           well as in the representation is not clear with regard to<\/p>\n<p>           the claim of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     In the above circumstances, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>           the petitioner submits that for expeditious disposal of the<\/p>\n<p>           pending     claims,      petitioner   proposes   to   file   a<\/p>\n<p>           representation before the respondent no. 6.<\/p>\n<p>                     In view of the above, in case such representation<\/p>\n<p>           stating details of unpaid claims is filed by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>           within a period of four       weeks along with the certified<\/p>\n<p>           copy of the present order as also the copy of the relevant<\/p>\n<p>           documents, if any, in support of the claim, the above<\/p>\n<p>           respondent shall consider the claims of the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>           raised in the representation in accordance with law<\/p>\n<p>           expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months<\/p>\n<p>           on receipt of such representation so that the grievances<\/p>\n<p>           of the petitioner could be settled without delay and the<\/p>\n<p>           admitted dues could also be paid along with interest<\/p>\n<p>           permissible under the rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     The writ application stands disposed of with the<\/p>\n<p>           above observations\/directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Jagdish\/                          ( Shailesh Kumar Sinha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Rampati Das vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 26 August, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.13984 of 2010 RAMPATI DAS SON OF SUKH LAL DAS RESIDENT OF VILLAGE AND P.O.
