The normal<\/p>\n<p>loan term would expire only                    by 2010.          Under such<\/p>\n<p>circumstances,    after hearing learned counsel for the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent, on instructions, and the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of directing that if the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners regularise the loans by remitting the entire<\/p>\n<p>outstandings as on today, the Bank will treat the transactions as<\/p>\n<p>running accounts.
