      The  limited  prayer  made  in   this writ  petition   is  for revising<\/p>\n
the   timings   as   per   Exhibit   P2   request   and   hear   the   petitioner<\/p>\n
before final orders are passed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
      2.     Learned   Government   Pleader   appearing   on   behalf   of<\/p>\n
the   State   would   submit  that  his  request  was  already  considered<\/p>\n
and an order was passed on 16\/11\/2006.<\/p>\n
      3.     According   to   the   petitioner,   the   order   has   not   been<\/p>\n
served on him.   If so, the concerned authorities shall give a copy<\/p>\n
of the order to the petitioner on petitioner producing copy of this<\/p>\n
judgment.     Without   prejudice   to   the   right   of   the   petitioner   to<\/p>\n
challenge the said order, this writ petition is closed.<\/p>\n
