The alleged detenu Archana, his<\/p>\n<p>wife is also present. We ascertained the response of the alleged<\/p>\n<p>detenu Archana in open court. She states that she is 27 years<\/p>\n<p>old, she having been born on 03\/02\/1982. The petitioner herein<\/p>\n<p>is her husband, she accepts. She further states that the child<\/p>\n<p>born in the wedlock is with her husband.                   In response to a<\/p>\n<p>specific query by this court, the alleged detenu Archana asserts<\/p>\n<p>that she is not under illegal detention or confinement by anyone.<\/p>\n<p>She states before us that she has come to court today along with<\/p>\n<p>her mother and would like to return from the court along with<\/p>\n<p>her mother.     She was earlier produced before the learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate by the police and before the learned Magistrate also,<\/p>\n<p>she had made identical statements, it is submitted by the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The learned counsel for the petitioner, after taking<\/p>\n<p>instructions from the petitioner, submits that, in these<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(Crl) No.209\/09               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>circumstances, the petitioner does not seek any further<\/p>\n<p>directions in this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.      A learned counsel has entered appearance for the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent that is the father of the alleged detenu Archana.<\/p>\n<p>     4.      We are satisfied that no further directions need be<\/p>\n<p>issued in this writ petition. This writ petition is accordingly<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.
